Dr. Nawal Ahmed Consultant Psychiatrist Graduated from Mansoura University Faculty of Medicine, I began my professional journey in psychiatry in 2015. Since then, I have worked in various specialized institutions, gaining deep and diverse experience managing a wide range of psychiatric cases. My career started at Damira Psychiatric Hospital, where I worked for one year, concurrently with my work at Dr. Mohamed El Mahdy Psychiatric Hospital. I then moved to Port Said Mental Health Hospital, affiliated with the General Secretariat of Mental Health, for another year. Subsequently, I joined Mansoura University Hospitals as a Resident Physician in the Psychiatry Department for four years, a period that significantly enhanced my clinical and academic expertise. Concurrently, I worked at Ri’aya Psychiatric and Addiction Treatment Hospital, which allowed me to manage a wide spectrum of psychiatric and addiction cases. Throughout my career, I received advanced training in Group Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) from the Linehan Institute, as well as a diploma in Schema Therapy from the ISST Institute in Switzerland. I hold the Egyptian Fellowship and the Arab Board in Psychiatry, reflecting my commitment to professional excellence and quality in my field. Post-graduation, I have worked in various psychiatric clinics, continuously undergoing supervision and ongoing training to develop my skills and ensure the highest quality of care for my patients. I am committed to providing comprehensive psychiatric care that combines deep human understanding with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
