1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to MEDOC, owned and operated by Lux MediCard Private Limited, an Egyptian company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services via the medoc.care website, mobile applications, and other platforms (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines referenced herein.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • MEDOC / Lux MediCard / We / Us / Our: Lux MediCard Private Limited and its authorized representatives.

  • User / You / Your: Any individual or entity who accesses or uses the MEDOC Platform.

  • Provider: Healthcare professionals, clinics, labs, pharmacies, or any third-party service providers listed on our Platform.

  • Digital ID: An identifier issued to Users to redeem discounts with Providers.

  • Force Majeure: Events beyond reasonable control, as further described in Section 18.

3. THE SERVICE

MEDOC is a platform that connects Users to Providers offering healthcare services and discounts. We are not an insurance provider and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of services provided by Providers.

Our services also include:

  • MEDOC App: A digital healthcare platform connecting users to healthcare providers with instant discounts, digital health records, and personalized offers. Employees can submit sick leaves, medical claims, and chronic medication requests, while HR coordinators manage accident reports and health submissions — all through a secure, integrated system. The MEDOC App is available for download on the App Store and Google Play.

  • MEDOC Business: A platform offered to employers to manage and monitor employee health services, including sick leave management, claims submission, chronic disease medication requests, pre-employment health screenings, and workplace injury reports.

  • MEDOC CMS (Clinic Management System): A comprehensive software for clinics and healthcare institutions to manage operations including patient scheduling, electronic medical records, billing, e-prescriptions, inventory, and reporting tools.

Users pay Providers directly after applying the agreed discount. MEDOC bears no financial responsibility for services provided.
